My name is Ola Sogbanmu, also known as MrFitspiration in the fitness industry as I aim to inform and educate all clients about building long term healthy habits to reach goals.

As a level 3 & 4 qualified personal trainer, I believe that any approach to health and fitness should be with a long-term vision by transforming your lifestyle and attitude towards fitness. My mission is to educate and guide people to boost their health and enhance their overall wellbeing. My sessions are uniquely tailored to your current abilities and objectives. I combine my expertise and over six years of experience with my knowledge of human biomechanics, management of nutrition and obesity, exercise GP referral and strength and conditioning to deliver effective results that invigorate weak muscles and keep your joints active.
To safeguard against injuries, I ensure optimum mobilisation that ensures no undue pressure on joints while promoting overall mobility. In time, as you gain strength and tone your muscles, you will learn to exercise safely and avoid any unnecessary injuries or muscle stress. Whether your goal is to burn fat, build muscle or take your performance up a few notches, you will learn to create healthy habits that have a profound positive impact on your body and mind. The aim is to bullet-proof your body for today and tomorrow, and I provide plenty of motivation, so you stick to your goals and never quit.
